Terms of service

Welcome to Safeness! Thank you for choosing our service for protection against DDoS attacks. Please carefully read this user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), which governs your use of the Safeness service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). By using the Service, you automatically agree to the terms below.


1.1. “Platform” - Safeness.su website and SafenessPanel#3346 (Discord Bot).

1.2. "Safeness" - an individual providing services on the platform in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

1.3. “Client” - an individual or legal entity registered on the Service.

1.4. “Site” - the Client's Web Resource, which is protected from DDoS attacks through the use of the Safeness Service.

Terms of use

2.1. The Client undertakes to use the Safeness Service only for purposes that do not violate the laws of Moldova and the country where the Safeness servers are located.

2.2. The Client bears full responsibility for the content of his Site and undertakes not to post on it illegal content, malware, information that violates copyrights or other rights of third parties.

2.3. The Client undertakes not to use the Safeness Service to carry out DDoS attacks, attacks on other resources, or for any illegal activities.

Intellectual property

3.1. All intellectual property rights associated with the Safeness Service belong to its creators.

3.2. The Client understands and agrees that any copying, modification or distribution of the Service without the permission of the copyright holders is a violation of copyright.


4.1. Safeness undertakes to keep the Client's confidential information, such as data about his Website and account, in secret and not transfer it to third parties without the Client’s consent, except in cases provided for by the legislation of Moldova.


5.1. Safeness is not responsible for possible damage and losses incurred by the Client as a result of DDoS attacks or other external attacks on its Website.

5.2. The Client understands that the Safeness Service may experience temporary failures or interruptions in operation, and Safeness is not responsible for losses arising from such failures.

5.3. Safeness makes every effort to ensure the reliable and secure operation of the Service, however, we are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, associated with the use or inability to use the Service.

5.4. Safeness is not responsible for problems related to legislation that arise as a result of the Client's actions while using the Service.

Dispute Resolution

6.1. In the event of disputes or disagreements between the Client and Safeness, the parties undertake to resolve them through negotiations.

6.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Moldova.

6.3. Safeness reserves the right to block the Client's account in case of violation of the Agreement or in case of suspicion of actions that threaten the security or integrity of the Service. If an account is blocked, no refund is provided.

Termination of use

7.1. The Client has the right to stop using the Safeness Service at any time.

7.2. Safeness has the right to terminate the provision of the Service to the Client in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement or the legislation of Moldova.

Refund Agreement

8.1. Safeness provides refunds if the Service is unavailable for 7 consecutive days. Refunds will be made without covering the fee.

8.2. Unauthorized payment, e.g.: Your bank account or card was hacked. In this case, you can count on a 100% refund, without covering the commission.

8.3. If the reason for the return is not related to malfunctions (Equipment operability, not including the NETWORK), the return may be canceled.

8.4. If the service has been activated for more than 120 minutes, the refund may be cancelled.

8.5. Any service extension (or replenishment of the balance) is non-refundable (not including situations from clauses 8.1 and 8.2).

8.6. Individual tariffs and solutions do not have the possibility of return (except for special additional terms of the contract, if provided).

8.7. A repeated request for a refund cannot be considered.

8.8. Force majeure circumstances:

8.8.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, hostilities, economic crises and other force majeure events that may negatively affect the provision of the service, Safeness reserves the right to temporarily cease or completely suspend the provision of the service without the obligation to refund users for the period the existence of such circumstances.

8.8.2. Safeness will use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such events on users and promptly restore normal operations after the force majeure situation ceases.

8.8.3. Users will be notified of termination or temporary suspension of the service due to force majeure.

Other provisions

9.1. This Agreement is a legally binding document and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the Client and Safeness.

9.2. Safeness has the right to make changes to this Agreement, which will be published on the Site and will come into force after their publication.

9.3. The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not invalidate the entirety of this Agreement.

9.4. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
